We want to update you briefly on King’s COVID-19 preparedness. We are fully committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients, and the broader community. As a precaution, we have enacted increased safety and cleaning measures internally at our office and warehouses to keep our team as healthy as possible.
Starting Friday, our corporate team is working remotely with full connectivity, so there will be no change in the service you’ve come to expect from King. We know that serving you in a meaningful way is critical. Please know our showroom will be open by appointment only and we’ll work with our clients to schedule on-site meetings and visits on a case by case basis.
Additionally, please know that we are here to help. Our warehouse is still open with employees keeping a 6-foot distance and sanitizing as we receive product. We are able to store your product until you are ready for installation and will keep you updated if anything changes. Your account manager is ready with up to date lead times and expert advice for all products.
