VSP Global – The Shop Midwest

The King team worked with VSP Global to develop a unique, start-up style workspace. The goal of the project was to maximize the small workspace while boosting collaboration and innovation.

Macintosh Senior Living

The Canal Winchester Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living Center was opened by the MacIntosh Company in 2017, making it their 7th care community! This facility houses over 100 residents and was designed to reflect a farmhouse community.

Express Photo Studio

Express has taken over the historic Weisheimer Vacuum building in downtown Columbus to house a photo studio and their creative teams. Express decided to shift their photography and digital creative development in house and wanted to restore the building to a state-of-the-art facility that reflected their brand and the building’s history.

Hugh White Honda is a Honda Dealer located in Columbus, Ohio. They recently renovated and reached out to King to help them maximize their showroom space without having to undergo a major remodel!

Dutro Ford Lincoln Inc.

Dutro Ford Linclon Inc is a premier Ford Dealer located in Zanesville, Ohio. With the construction of their new building, the owners were looking to update their office, collaborative, and lounge spaces to better reflect their culture and refined brand.

Cedarville University Stinger’s Café

As one of the most popular meeting spots on Cedarville’s campus, the Stinger Café needed to serve not only as a gathering place but also as a coffee shop and concert venue. When the University underwent a crucial rebrand, the café was completely renovated and expanded.

Brookside Golf and Country Club Clubhouse

The King Team worked with Design Collective to help create a space at the Brookside Golf and Country Club that had an air of relaxed sophistication with a traditional twist to pay homage to the club’s history.
