Headquarters for a Major Chain Restaurant

We were awarded a sole source contract for the new Columbus, OH long-term location for a Major Chain Restaurant Headquarters. This new 85,000 sq ft. location is the home for over 560 workstations, 32 offices, 16 conference rooms and over 10 collaboration areas including a large training room and café. King also worked with the Major Chain Restaurant to decommission three existing locations to combine into the new long-term location. Working alongside many trades and in communication with the West coast headquarters, King was able to create a new space for people to return to work.
